As a Free-Range Sales Team Executive for Czech Republic, you work as an independent affiliate, cultivating high-trust relationships with industrial and logistics professionals and converting them into long-term IndiFind customers.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound and network-driven outreach to industrial and logistics property professionals within your territory.
- Qualify every lead using IndiFind’s six-question framework to separate “now”, “later”, and “never” prospects.
- Guide prospects to the right IndiFind plan based on portfolio size, cross-border activity, and growth priorities.
- Demonstrate IndiFind’s platform in live walk-throughs, including first-property setup during the 7-day trial.
- Secure signed agreements, share your unique tracking link, and complete documentation immediately after verbal commitment.
- Recruit and mentor a personal tier of sub-affiliates to scale regional reach and unlock bi-level commissions.

- Comfortable operating on a commission-only Freedom model with zero salary safety net.
