Do I need to add payment details to list?
No. Your first property listing is completely free - no payment details required. It's completely frictionless to get started.
We'll only ask for payment when you want to upload your second property (requires Professional subscription) or your sixth property (requires Enterprise subscription).
What happens after the founding period?
Standard pricing is £199/month (Professional) or £599/month (Enterprise). As a Founding Member, you receive 50% off for the first 12 months of your subscription.
Important: After the first 12 months, your subscription will automatically renew at standard rates. The 50% discount applies only to the first 12 months of your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Your service will remain active until the end of your notice period, and no further charges will be made after that. Learn more in our terms.
What if I need more than 5 properties?
Upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited listings. Founding members keep their 12-month discount when upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Stripe), UK & SEPA bank transfers, and company purchase orders for Enterprise customers (Net 30 terms).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for your subscription. Uploading your properties is straightforward and easy to do yourself at no extra cost.

Do you offer refunds?
Your first property listing is completely free — no payment or subscription required. Once you subscribe (for your 2nd property or 6th property), subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice, and your service continues until the end of your notice period.
