Minor UX Fixes Following Dashboard Update

Following the earlier admin dashboard release, we fixed a set of small UX issues surfaced during internal testing. These changes make navigation more predictable and reduce friction on form‑heavy screens.

#Accessibility improvements

We also made incremental accessibility improvements, including better focus states and more descriptive labels for key controls.
