Stability Pass Before Project Rebuild Rollout

Ahead of the larger Projects feature rebuild, we made a pass to stabilise the platform. This includes internal changes to reduce noise in error logs and improve resilience when third‑party services are slow or unavailable.

The focus is on ensuring a reliable base for the new projects experience.

#Small UX tweaks

We also rolled out a handful of low‑risk UX tweaks, including more descriptive tooltips and smarter defaults in several forms. These help new users get oriented faster without changing any core flows.
